Toby-Alexander Smith, a former EastEnder, was sighted on the Emmerdale set for a very particular purpose.

Alongside his wife Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy Metcalfe in the hit serial, the actor of Gray Atkins enjoyed a bonfire and fireworks evening on the set of the ITV soap opera.

Amy posted a picture of herself and Toby with their one-year-old daughter Bonnie standing next to the iconic Emmerdale emblem outside the hamlet of the same name on social media to capture the memorable evening.

Along with her story, the actress posted a short clip in which she can be seen carrying young Bonnie in his arms and pointing out the fireworks show while the night sky above is lighted up.

“I have a full heart,” she wrote.

After that, Toby posted Amy’s video to his own story with an emoticon of a heart next to it, saying, “As is mine.”

A plethora of Emmerdale favorites were also in attendance for the grand show, including Danny Miller, who portrays Aaron Dingle, and his family, James Hooton, who plays Sam Dingle, and actor Alfie Clarke, who plays Arthur Thomas.

Amy and Toby were married earlier this year.

In front of their friends and family, the real-life soap opera lovers wed in secret at Talici Hill Rustic Villa in Montenegro in a lovely outdoor ceremony.

“Honestly, it was the most perfect day,” Amy said at the time to OK! Magazine.

Over the holiday season in 2021, Toby and Amy, who supposedly first met in 2019 on a Strictly Come Dancing program, had baby Bonnie. They declared their engagement last year.

In August, Toby shared the good news on social media with a photo that included Amy’s engagement ring.

He posted the photo on Instagram along with the caption, “So this happened.”
