EastEnders spoilers: Furious Keanu Taylor issues terrifying threat to his own mum Karen

Danny Walters’ character Keanu Taylor was furious in EastEnders when Karen (Lorraine Stanley) broke her promise to give over the thousands of pounds they had stolen from Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).

Since Keanu staged his son Albie’s kidnapping to stop Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) from taking the youngster abroad, the mother and son team have been at odds with one another.

Karen was furious with Keanu for what he had done, particularly after seeing the impact of the “kidnapping” on Sharon, who had lost a child three years before to Dennis Rickman’s (Bleu Landau) passing.

Karen and Keanu are rich after obtaining £50,000 that Phil gave Sharon, but their deeds have damaged their relationship, with both of them finding it difficult to accept what they done.

As fans are aware, Keanu and Sharon have reconciled after Albie’s return, and his convoluted storyline has made him recognise how much he still loves her.

Karen, on the other hand, is furious about their reunion and feels that he is endangering himself by being with Sharon, who would undoubtedly lose it if she ever found out what he did.

Karen promised to give the money back to Keanu, who was certain that this was what he wanted. In fact, Keanu intended to return the money to Phil covertly.

However, she had a change of heart and went back to her normal self on Thursday’s (November 9) episode of the BBC One soap opera. She had meddled and took advantage of Sharon’s weakness to attempt to put a rift between the marriage.

After learning of his mother’s actions, Keanu was appalled and went back home, telling Sharon not to listen to Karen and posing the question!

To his relief, Sharon assured him that she is standing with him even though she was too preoccupied with the café fire happening across the street to respond to him.

Later, Keanu marched over to the Taylor home to get the money and tell Karen what was going on. To his astonishment, however, Karen had chosen to keep the money. Keanu then became rather menacing, cornering his mother and telling her to give it to him.

Karen, however, stuck to her guns and said, “He’s not getting the money!” Can Keanu convince her to have a change of heart?
