Emmerdale spoilers: Aaron comes to huge realisation after violent attack on Vinny

Aaron made a big decision (Picture: ITV)

Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) has a horrible hatred against his brother-in-law Vinny (Bradley Johnson) ever since he moved back to the Emmerdale hamlet.

Despite the fact that Aaron voluntarily turned up the scrapyard and Mill Cottage, Aaron has requested a sizable sum of money from Vinny, alleging that he stole from him following the death of sister Liv.

In tonight’s (November 9) episode, Vinny was still worried about Aaron’s bullying, but Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) gave him some much-needed guidance and encouraged him to defend himself.

Aaron persisted in getting his money from Vinny, but the latter refused to give it to him, and Aaron ended up getting struck in the mouth.

Aaron screamed for Vinny to get up and fight as he curled into a ball on the ground, but he eventually realized what was happening when he saw his reflection in a vehicle window.

Subsequently, Aaron apologized to Vinny at Wishing Well Cottage after finding him there.

Aaron said that he had stopped when he saw Vinny because he reminded him of how he looked when dad Gordon used to beat him, even though Vinny claimed he had endured greater beatings from his father.

Aaron kept apologizing, but Vinny quickly corrected him, saying that he had heard it hundreds of times before and that Aaron wasn’t actually his father but rather Vinny’s.

He acknowledged that he was relieved Liv wasn’t around to witness Aaron in that condition, but he claimed that since she wouldn’t have given up on him, neither can he.

During a confrontation earlier in the episode, Aaron said he was incorrect about Liv and that even his mother Chas (Lucy Pargeter) had informed him she was done with him.

Then it was evident that Aaron intended to leave the village since he believed that everyone would be better off without him. Vinny attempted to talk him out of it, but it seemed he had already made up his mind.

Sister Eve begged Aaron to prepare her his special pancakes as he had promised when he ran into her while visiting Sister Grace’s grave.

Since Chas was the one who initially showed him how to make them, he didn’t want to let her down and instructed her to ask her.

Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) realized he was about to depart as he bid her farewell in disguise and hurried to attempt to alter his decision.

He persuaded him to keep his connection with Eve going, pointing out that there were still individuals in the area who needed his help.

Eve requested for pancakes once more, and Paddy promised that Aaron would prepare them the next day. Persuaded that he should remain, Aaron consented.

Will Aaron look back on his choice and be able to get past it?
