Emmerdale spoilers: Charity fears the worst as Mack rushes Chloe to hospital

In Tuesday’s (November 14) Emmerdale episode, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) seemed to have travelled back in time, surreptitiously flirting with Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and planting a kiss while no one else was looking.

Sadly, Charity had not entered the TARDIS belonging to Doctor Who. In reality, the character was spending more time with Mack tonight since he consented to break up with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) in order to begin a new relationship with her.

Just to refresh your memory, during Super Soap Week, Mack decided to choose Charity above Chloe when their car crashed and wound themselves perched on a precipice. This resulted in Chloe, Mack’s child’s mother, being tossed down the ravine, where she spent the better part of a week unconscious.

Mack and Charity came to the decision that they still felt something for one other while Chloe was in the coma.

And yesterday, Mack attempted to stop Charity from leaving by lying in front of her vehicle in the rain because he believed that she would be lost forever if she went to Scotland.

Mack’s affections for Charity were emphasised by the alleged great gesture, and he later said that he would drop Chloe so that they could get back together.

Following their kissing (no, really) by the trash cans, Charity dispatched Mack to have a conversation with Chloe.

As Chloe fiddled in the kitchen, Mack started talking about their romance.

Chloe unexpectedly passed out, so Mackenzie had to dial 999 before he could break the dreadful news to her.

Charity watched in confusion as Mack followed Chloe into the ambulance.

Charity was hoping Mack had dumped Chloe prior to the fall when Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) forewarned her that there might be tears involved.

All she can hope is that Charity isn’t the one crying.
