Emmerdale fans were left scratching their heads on Wednesday night amid Billy’s explosive fight with Aaron
On Wednesday, the drama exploded when Billy and Aaron got into a heated argument, but astute viewers noticed something strange throughout the dramatic events.
Drama between Billy and Aaron erupted earlier this week on Emmerdale when Aaron made fun of Billy after Eve and the latter’s children got into a fight over a playground tumble.
On Wednesday night, Billy and Aaron’s ongoing enmity erupted when Aaron hurt Billy in the shop, leading to a violent altercation. Dawn was very dissatisfied when a beaten Billy returned home, furious that he had let Aaron to provoke him. Billy’s father Will Taylor was forced to separate them.
Though soap lovers wondered whether they had missed a scene, viewers were diverted throughout the scenes as Billy’s injuries had become “progressively worse” after coming home. One user said on Twitter, now X: “That nose injury Billy has got progressively worse on the journey back to the “big house” #Emmerdale,” while another user wrote: “Just a minute.” On the way home, did Will give Billy another slap in the nose? The store #Emmerdale wasn’t all that horrible.”
Another soap opera viewer said, “On the drive back to Home Farm, Billy’s nose got a lot worse. #Emmerdale b****y hell.” Another fan commented, “So a little cut on Billy’s nose has turned into a full blown blood fest #emmerdale,” while a another fan said, “Billy’s face got a hell of a lot worse on his walk home from the shop.” Did Will give him a smack or three?
It coincides with Aaron’s dramatic return to Emmerdale in October of last year. Aaron was last saw in the village in October 2022, having left it all but permanently when his sister Liv Flaherty died during the tragic 50th anniversary storm week.
As he battled his sadness and became apart from his mother Chas Dingle due to her extramarital romance with Al Chapman last year, it was revealed that Aaron had gotten himself into serious difficulty while in Italy with the Mafia. It was revealed that Adam Barton, Moira’s son, had gotten in touch with Cain because he was concerned about Aaron.
As we discover more about what has transpired over the previous 12 months, actor Danny Miller teased “dark” sequences for the character in interviews with The Mirror and other media last month. After Aaron’s permanent return to the soap opera, Danny promises “interesting” scenes in which he lashes out at the villagers. Aaron will continue to be in self-destruct mode for some time.
