A new Emmerdale spoiler video shows Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry), who has had her life completely turned upside down in recent days, as she struggles to accept what has occurred.
Rhona was shocked to learn that her ex-husband Gus had used her embryos to have a child with his new wife Lucy after she refused to allow him to do so.
Rhona tried to speak to Gus and Lucy about what this might mean for them in the future, but she ended up arguing with them on the porch as they attempted to flee.
When Lucy subsequently passed away during delivery, the situation only became more traumatising, and Rhona began to blame herself for having put Lucy through so much stress before to her pregnancy.
Gus also held Rhona accountable for Lucy’s demise, which strained relations between them.
Over the next several days, Rhona couldn’t stop thinking about Gus and baby Ivy. She quickly disregarded mother Mary’s (Louise Jameson) advice to put matters to rest and went to the hospital to see her.
In a brand-new spoiler video, Rhona visits her biological daughter in the hospital but has difficulties right away.
She introduces herself as a close family friend and requests an update on Ivy’s condition as a nurse comes over.
The nurse quickly apologises and states that she is only able to discuss the baby’s health with close relatives.
Gus comes up behind Rhona, who’s still staring at Ivy through the glass, and he seems angry.
Will Gus and Rhona be able to get beyond their disagreements and decide what’s best for Ivy’s future, or will they have another argument?
