Emmerdale Amy ‘attacked’ as Chloe is nowhere to be seen while tensions rise

Amy Wyatt of Emmerdale will be in hot water once more the following week as family strife over her refusal to disclose her sister’s whereabouts persists.

Next week on Emmerdale, the tension will grow as Amy, Mack, and Matty can’t agree on anything, including the Chloe and Reuben saga.

Next week, tension arises as Matty keeps Mack in the dark about Chloe and Reuben. Even though there are clearly problems in the family dynamic, Moira still wants a large family Christmas and puts pressure on Matty to get Amy to attend.

However, Mack finds it difficult to imagine spending Christmas dinner with Amy at the table. In addition, he finds it offensive to act cheerful while mourning for his lost son.

Subsequently, Matty and Amy get into another furious argument, and eventually, Matty snaps and tells Mack that he and Amy are going to see Chloe and Reuben the following day. Mack digests this new information, darkly processing his anger.

Matty tells Mack the truth about Chloe leaving him alarmed

After learning of the incident, Mack races to see Charity full of hope and a strategy for reuniting with his son. The following day, Mack and Charity stealthily track Amy’s vehicle as it drives out of the village.

But when they find themselves stuck at some makeshift traffic lights, Amy becomes enraged and Matty becomes shocked to see Mack and Charity trailing behind them.

Mack snaps and takes Amy’s phone out of her hand because he is getting more and more irate that she won’t tell him where his son is. Then he makes hasty plans to pose as Chloe’s sister in order to entice her to a meet-up.

Mack grabs the phone out of Amy’s hand

As soon as possible, a gullible Chloe gets excited and gets Reuben ready to meet Amy at a local park. However, Chloe quickly realises something is wrong when Mackenzie’s thoughtless text message makes it clear to her that she’s about to fall into a trap.

In response, Chole informs Mack that he won’t see his son ever again. Mack gets enraged as a result of this.

Amy shames Mack in the meanwhile for further isolating Chloe, who is already vulnerable. Matty punches Mack hard after accusing Mack of ruining their relationship. Mack responds sarcastically.

Amy will land herself in hot water

Like Chloe, Mack is left in turmoil, and Amy also hopes he won’t see Reuben again. Feeling defeated, Matty walks off believing their relationship is over after an enraged Amy accuses him of abandoning Chloe, leaving her alone, isolated, and on the run.

Later, Amy is startled when she is suddenly grabbed by a hooded figure. However, who might that person be?
