EMMERWAIL Dawn Taylor goes into early labour terrified of relapsing in Emmerdale

Will the young mother be able to resist her addiction before it takes control again?

Dawn and Billy Fletcher are eagerly anticipating the birth of their first child, so CHRISTMAS will come early.

But Dawn Taylor, a beloved character on Emmerdale, is concerned that giving birth could cause her to relapse into drug abuse.

When Olivia Bromley’s character Dawn revealed earlier this year that she was expecting a child, the residents of Home Farm were ecstatic.

However, after sharing her big news, Dawn’s happiness was short-lived as she realised that turning to painkillers could set off a relapse into her drug addiction.

Billy Fletcher’s (Jay Kontzle) wife has spent years working to conquer her inner demons for the sake of her family, which includes her son Lucas and his half-sister Clemmie Reed.

Will her efforts suffice?

As Dawn’s contractions start during the village Christmas fair, which is organised by Nicola King and Claudette Anderson, ITV viewers might soon find out.

Without her painkillers, how will Dawn handle the anguish of giving birth?

Is she able to control her addiction?

More importantly, will she be able to give birth at home the way she has always wanted?

Watchers of the Yorkshire-based show will once more have to wait and see, but it looks like more trouble may be on the way to Home Farm, possibly involving the police.

Nobody in the Dales knew that Kim Tate (Claire King) was involved in Craig Reed’s death, except for Cain Dingle and possibly his brother Caleb Milligan.

The ice queen will start to melt in later scenes as the stress of having to keep such a big secret wears on her.

She first admits to her husband Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) that she was involved in the crime, and he is shocked by her confession.

After Kim gives her version of events, Will is left feeling completely deceived.

Kim begs Will to keep her revelation a secret, leaving him with a choice.

Is he going to accept it?

Was he able to turn in his own wife?
