Could Aaron have been planning a little mischief for his mum Chas?
For a number of months, AARON Dingle and his mother Chas have not always agreed.
However, as the pub manager in Emmerdale makes a significant choice regarding her son before the New Year, things might change.
When it was discovered that Danny Miller, who played Aaron Dingle again this year, had been held captive in a barn by his own uncles, Cain Dingle and Caleb Milligan, ITV viewers went into a frenzy.
However, Aaron made it plain that he was no longer the amiable villager he had been when he returned.
Soon after learning that his mother Chas was having an affair, Aaron unexpectedly vented his numerous grievances on people who were close to him. He even reacted angrily against his stepfather Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt), whom he was fiercely defending.
Speaking of which, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) has had enough of the resentful barbs from Aaron and has had enough of him.
The manager of the Woolpack pub makes a significant choice regarding her son in scenes that will soon appear on our TVs as the new year draws near.
Next, Chas is happy to have Aaron join the Woolpack for the New Year in an effort to mend their strained relationship permanently.
Will their New Year’s resolutions, however, hold enough promise to bind them together?
Will Aaron truly make a positive turn around and eventually make peace with his mother?
The handsome man has attributed a large portion of his unhappy life to his mother since he believes that her liaison with the late Al Chapman set off a chain of events that ultimately resulted in his sister Liv Flaherty’s untimely demise.
Watchers of the Yorkshire-based show will remember that Chas had made Aaron believe she would quit seeing Al, but it was eventually revealed to be a deception.
Unfortunately, a storm was tearing through the Dales while Chas was enjoying her time with Al, leaving Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) and his wife Liv to care for Chas’s daughter Eve by themselves.
Liv never made it out of the pair’s wandering pursuit of the young girl; she was killed by a caravan while travelling to Eve with Vinny.
Chas’s relationship with Al came to an end when the businessman committed suicide not long after Emmerdale celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022.
Will she ever earn Aaron’s forgiveness?
Is it possible for them to move on from the past and begin 2024 fresh?
