Emmerdale reveals first look at Christmas episode in new spoiler video

This Emmerdale spoiler video may seem peaceful, but Christmas Day in the village is about to take a very different turn for some of our favourite characters, so don’t be deceived.

Everyone seems to be in the spirit of Christmas in the latest teaser trailer, which opens on Christmas morning in the Emmerdale hamlet, but there is still a noticeable tension between Aaron and Chas Dingle (Danny Miller and Lucy Pargeter).

Following the death of his sister Liv, Aaron left the community on terrible terms with his mother and just recently returned.

His fiery temper has gotten the better of many characters since his return, but may things between Aaron and Chas finally be warming up?

In another scene, Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) receives a text from William Ash’s character, Caleb Milligan (a little on the side). He writes that he is excited to meet her later, but Tracy feels terrible when her husband, Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), responds.

Tracy offers to watch the kids later in the show, and Caleb offers to stay with her. Naturally, one thing leads to another, and before long, the two are enamoured with one another, even though they both expect to be horrified when they are discovered—but by whom?

Although Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) appears to be having a good start to Christmas Day in the spoiler video, things take a turn for the worse when he storms off in the middle of the day due to the stress of making Christmas perfect for his kids, especially with the added complications of Gus (Alan McKenna) and baby Ivy.

Though his presence has been generating friction among the family, Gus moved in with Marlon and the family when it became apparent that he wasn’t handling the loss of his wife Lucy well.

And what does the future hold for Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry), who is expected to become increasingly more close to baby Ivy?

As Mack Boyd’s (Lawrence Robb) abduction experience comes to a horrifying conclusion, things are about to become dramatic. Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) is trying to rescue him when a gunshot is heard.
