It quickly becomes clear that Adam is planning to meet with Will Mellor’s character, Harvey Gaskell, and that he is prepared to strike a deal in order to finally get rid of Damon Hay, his competitor (Ciarán Griffiths).
Will Harvey, however, really abandon his own half-brother?
Adam must accept the dissolution of his marriage to Sarah Barlow (Tina O’Brien), even if this is still up in the air.
Next week, the Underworld employee and Damon resume their romantic relationship after spending the night together looking very much in love.
Damon accepts Sarah’s invitation to go out for drinks with her family later, but he insists he has to pay Harvey a visit first.
Adam watches, filled with fury, as Sarah and Damon leave Redbank.
When Damon pays Harvey a visit in jail, he lets him know that if he does any more tricks, he will be eliminated.
When Harvey threatens Sarah, Damon loses his composure, and the guards haul him out.
From across the room, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) had been observing their conversation.
Later, when Damon joins Sarah and her family at the Bistro, Sarah’s mother Gail Platt (Helen Worth), brother Nick Tilsley (Ben Price), and grandmother Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) express their displeasure.
Adam rushes over to inform Sarah that he doesn’t want Damon around Harry and that he is aware of his visitation to the jail.
Adam, however, is shocked to learn that Harry is not his son and is motivated to act as a result.
Although Adam and Damon have been attempting to separate for a few months, the attorney may be successful in this latest endeavour.
After learning about Sarah’s extramarital affair with Damon in 2023, Adam made the decision to attempt and get rid of the criminal by accusing a different dangerous thug of having an affair with him.
This put Damon in grave danger since the gangster Adam had turned to, Niall, wanted him dead.
In an attempt to rescue himself, Damon ran from the cobbles, leaving Sarah Barlow pregnant.
While Niall was unable to force Damon to pay, Harvey, who is close to his brother, suggests that he may not escape a horrible fate after all.
