ITV Coronation Street Todd Grimshaw’s romance sealed with Moses in latest storyline

Coronation Street’s Todd Grimshaw has finally taken the plunge and sealed his romance with Paul’s carer Moses after he’s set up on a dinner date by Billy and Paul

Todd Grimshaw of Coronation Street has finally found love with Moses after being introduced by close friends Paul and Billy.

The two arranged a dinner date at their house with Summer attending, pretending to ask Todd over but neglecting to let him know that Moses would be stopping by.

As part of his rounds as Paul’s caretaker, Moses stopped by Billy and Paul’s home in tonight’s episode and was welcomed to supper. And he was asked to remain for supper once he arrived. Moses first turned down the invitation, claiming he couldn’t hang out with clients after work.

Billy and Paul arrange a date for Todd Grimshaw with Moses.

Paul, however, convinced him to remain, saying Billy was constantly cooking much too much. Moses, persuaded, gave in. At this moment, Summer decided to inquire as to whether Moses was unmarried. To her delight, Paul’s caretaker verified that he was, in fact, unmarried.

Todd then volunteered to show Moses about Manchester since he was unaware he had been set up, and he informed Moses of his knowledge of many excellent pubs and clubs in the neighbourhood. Moses quickly accepted his offer, and after the dinner, Todd is heard telling Billy that he thought Moses was “lovely.” And admirers didn’t take long to express their thoughts on their developing romance.

A supporter tweeted: “Todd will be taking Moses straight to canal street #Corrie.” “Todd is giving Moses a quick tour of the bistro and The Rovers,” another person said. #Corrie. Another said, “It’s about time Todd had some fun; he’s been Billy and Paul’s third wheel for a while.”

Gareth Pierce has played the role of Todd Grimshaw on Coronation Street since 2020 and has been at the centre of a series of hard-hitting storylines over the years. And this included his recent relationship with George Shuttleworth. Tensions erupted between him and his mum Eileen when he started working with George at Shuttleworth’s funeral parlour.

Away from the cobbles, the actor married his wife Amy Lee in 2014 and they have a daughter together. But Gareth likes to keep his family life away from the spotlight and lives near the Coronation Street set in Manchester. Despite sharing many days out with his family, Gareth covers his daughter and wife’s faces on his social media thread. They do, however, appear to enjoy trips to the seaside.

Recently, Gareth shared snaps of them out for an Sunday walk, as well as their fun-filled weekend at Camp Bestival festival. He also tries to revisit Wales as much as possible. While he was getting into acting, Gareth was part of a band. He teamed up with his pal Matthew Wall in 2008 to form Hafaliadau = Equations. The reason behind the name is that ‘hafaliadau’ translates to ‘equations’ in English.

Gareth has not only starred in Coronation Street, but also rival soap Hollyoaks. The actor has had roles in TV dramas, including Mr Selfridge, Ordinary Lies, and Doctor Who : The Doctors Revisited, where he narrated eleven episodes. He has also had credits in plenty of Welsh series over the years.
