Although Angelica King has admitted to being the driver of the vehicle that murdered Heath, will her shocking revelation have an impact on her own family?
After her daughter’s admission, Emmerdale viewers are certain that Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) may be ready to leave the Dales. Heath Hope (Sebastian Dowling) lost his life in an automobile accident on New Year’s Eve. When questioned by authorities about the event, his twin sister Cathy Hope (Gabrielle Dowling) denied driving and was thought to be the cause of the collision.
Angry While Cathy blamed Angelica King (Rebecca Bakes), she denied being the driver that ultimately led to the accident. But when Heath’s burial day finally came on Friday, January 19, on the ITV soap opera, Angelica found herself reeling after seeing Heath’s painful procession down Main Street from her bedroom.
When Nicola later saw Angel near Heath’s grave, she was unprepared for the words her daughter was about to utter. After crumbling, Angel informed her mother Nicola that Heath died because she was driving at the time of the collision.
The revelation surprised Nicola, who attempted to explain to Angelica that she didn’t understand what the girl was saying. However, the teen’s statements demonstrated that she was speaking the truth.
Nicola disregarded clergyman Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) and whisked the girl away as soon as he arrived at the cemetery, promising Angel she could speak about her sadness for Heath at any moment.
While her father Jimmy was still among the mourners at The Woolpack, Angel begged her mother not to tell him.
Fans of Emmerdale are now certain that Nicola will shield her daughter and keep the information to herself, raising the possibility that she could even leave the community.
“Angelica has finally admitted to Nicola that it was her driving that killed Heath, but I bet you she’s going to keep it quiet to protect her daughter #emmerdale,” a fan said on Taxing X.
Another replied: “Wouldn’t be surprised if Nicola legs it with Angelica to stop this from coming out.”
One more person commented, saying, “#Emmerdale maybe Jimmy & Nicola will try to emigrate to Krakatoa.” (sic)
“Yeah can’t see ever so morally righteous Nicola coming forward anytime soon with the truth about the car crash” , stated another.
