Coronation Street spoilers: Heartbreak confirmed for poor Dee-Dee as new boyfriend Joel hides another woman

On Coronation Street, relationships are seldom easy, as Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) will discover the hard way when an old acquaintance shows up in her lover Joel Deering’s (Callum Lill) life the next week.

Infatuated When Dee-Dee helped Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) escape with a warning for damaging Audrey’s salon in September, duty solicitor Joel was the first person Dee-Dee saw at the police station. Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) hooked them up on a date, and sparks flowed between the two right away. A few months later, with the romance looking promising, Joel spent Christmas Day at the Bailey home.

Joel has been a tremendous source of support for Dee-Dee throughout the challenges her family has faced in recent months. First, there was her brother Michael’s (Ryan Russell) unintentional involvement in Stephen Reid’s (Todd Boyce) crimes, and then there were the financial struggles her father Ed (Trevor Michael Georges) faced following his relapse into gambling.

The long-held suspicion among viewers that Joel is concealing a secret is about to materialise as Joel is seen getting into a furious argument with a different lady.

With the dubious insurance claim that twisted, Dee-Dee found herself in a difficult situation. up response to Damon Hay’s (Ciaran Griffiths) request that Ed turn up the burned-out builder’s yard and a mountain of paperwork from the attorneys, Joel offers to meet with a new customer and provide the notes in order to assist her.

Joel and the customer are having a meeting when Emily, a vengeful lady, interrupts them. Frantically, he hurries Emily out of the cafe. However, a curious Toyah Habeeb (Georgia Taylor) observes his sorrow and takes note.

Emily will undoubtedly return to the cobbles in the near future, but what is her relationship to Joel and how will this affect Joel’s life with Dee-Dee? Can he conceal her identity for much longer?
