This will mean she will take more time away from the soap.
A few days earlier, Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly) surprised her husband Caleb Milligan (William Ash) by showing up out of the blue in the Emmerdale hamlet. Since then, she has been causing trouble.
Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) discovered her having sex with husband Caleb on their first day in the town, even though they were meant to be divorcing.
Since then, she has settled into Caleb’s house and gotten to know the whole family, including Tracy Metcalf, Caleb’s mistress (Amy Walsh).
For many months, Tracy and Caleb had been seeing each other behind Nate’s back, but Ruby’s presence provided Tracy the push she needed to break things up with her sidekick.
But Tracy felt that her marriage to Nate had become stale, and Caleb gave her some food for thought when he made it obvious that she was no longer in love with him.
In later moments, Tracy struggles with her feelings before deciding to break up with startled Nate.
Tracy is appalled when Caleb, against his better judgment, offers Nate a bed at his place.
As a recent spoiler video reveals, Ruby’s cleverness makes it obvious that something is amiss very quickly.
She lets Nate know that he is free to remain as long as he wants while having breakfast with his son Nicky Milligan (Lewis Cope), but when Caleb advises her to back off, she becomes suspicious right away.
After Nate leaves for the day, Nicky and Caleb exchange worried looks as Ruby questions why no one thought to tell him the truth before his heart shattered.
But when she confesses that Nate and Tracy were obviously incompatible, they quickly come to realize that she hasn’t discovered Caleb’s secret.
Ruby instinctively senses that there is more to this than Caleb and Nicky’s shifty behavior, and she makes a promise to investigate.
Will she discover the dirty truth that Caleb and Tracy are hiding, and is she about to reveal it to them both?
