In the most recent episode of Coronation Street, Daniel Osbourne was suspected of being the missing adolescent Lauren Bolton’s secret boyfriend, as the character was thought to be deceased.
In the most recent episode of Coronation Street, viewers saw Daniel Osbourne accused of lying about his relationship with a missing kid.
Max Turner, Lauren Bolton’s buddy in the ITV soap opera, called him out on his claims that he missed a tutorial session with her right before she disappeared, implying that he was lying. In addition, he asserted that Daniel was the unidentified boyfriend who had been bothering Lauren before she vanished.
Daniel volunteered to tutor 18-year-old Lauren some months ago so that she might earn an English GSCE. Daniel disclosed that Lauren missed one tutoring session in February, and they never got around to reschedule.
Max reported that Lauren had told him she had a Monday, February 19, session with Daniel, and that she appeared a little “edgy” about it. However, Daniel told him it never happened when he was questioned about it. Max said that he believed his friend was a little too formal for a tutoring session.
Max didn’t believe Daniel when he informed him and the others that he realized they weren’t even supposed to meet on the 19th because he remembered he had the day off from work. Max went to the police to officially report Daniel, even though he had reiterated what Lauren had told him and that Daniel had called her a liar.
He informed DS Swain that Daniel was disputing their encounter, despite Lauren having stated she was meeting him on the 19th prior to her disappearance. He implied that Daniel was lying about what he knew and that Daniel was most likely Lauren’s mysterious ex who was stalking her and potentially abusing physical force as well.
After Daniel disclosed that Lauren had not paid him for the sessions, Swain suggested to him that he was offering her sex training. Shocked, Daniel denied they had a relationship, claiming he was only trying to support her.
It comes amid rumors that Lauren may have been murdered and is now deceased. In a radio interview, DS Swain stated that every hint suggested she was murdered by an unidentified assailant.
It was stated that forensic evidence discovered at her apartment supported the theory of a forceful assault. Although they remained receptive to the possibility that Lauren was murdered, they were anxious to identify the culprit after learning that authorities were already looking into her disappearance.
Her tutor Daniel became alarmed after being questioned by Swain, while her loved ones and listeners to the radio program were surprised and saddened by the news. It came about after Roy Cropper had cleaned Lauren’s apartment the day before and bloodstains were discovered there.
