Liam suffered another loss when his marriage to Leyla Harding collapsed because of her cocaine addiction, following the death of his daughter to serial killer Meena Jutla.
In an attempt to find love once more, Liam then started seeing Wendy Posner. However, Bob Hope found out and the nurse ended up siding with the B&B owner rather than the doctor.
Liam and Chas Dingle seemed to be in a romantic relationship in the past several months after he made flirtatious remarks about her cousin Charity. However, despite a passionate kiss, it seems that the relationship is over.
Liam is still a free agent in the Yorkshire Dales, and Chas is still dealing with triple negative breast cancer.
However, Liam gets another chance to spice up his love life when Ella Forster (Paula Lane) shows up; there is just no denying their chemistry.
Regretfully, Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) is not impressed by their blossoming closeness.
Next week, after seeing Liam flirting with Ella once more, Manpreet convenes a team meeting and chastises him.
After Ella lost her job at the Vets’ Ball for standing up for Mandy Dingle, Manpreet offered her a job as a receptionist at the neighbourhood general practitioner’s office.
Is she regretful that she gave Ella a chance?
Manpreet tries her hardest to break the bond, but she is powerless, and later on, romance blossoms between Liam and Ella.
Then, when Ella says yes to a date, Liam is overjoyed.
Could he, however, be in danger?
Manpreet might have given Ella some serious thought after a recent exchange that gave viewers the impression that the newcomer and serial killer Meena Jutla, Manpreet’s evil younger sister, were connected.
Paige Sandhu portrays Meena, who committed multiple killings in the Dales and even kidnapped Manpreet before attempting to eliminate her.
She was given a cumulative term of 75 years in jail for her conduct, and in early 2022, she was put behind bars.
Ella has become closer to Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), one of Meena’s victims, during her stay in the area.
As Ella displayed particular interest in the ominous nurse during her reign of terror, viewers became more and more concerned that Ella might have a secret link to her.
What might Ella be concealing?
