Jude Riordan, a young star of Coronation Street, said he “can’t cope” with the ITV soap opera’s Monday night broadcast.

Since 2020, the 12-year-old St Helens resident has portrayed Sam Blakeman on Corrie. Since then, he has gained praise for his roles and solidified his place in the hearts of soap opera viewers.

As fans are aware, a plot point that is presently in progress has put beloved Weatherfield Roy Cropper in the crosshairs for the alleged murder of missing Lauren Bolton. It has been several weeks since the 18-year-old was last seen on the cobblestones.

In scenes that aired in the most recent episode, Roy was approached by a few of Lauren’s dad’s intimidating colleagues after he was incarcerated last week. They forced Roy to tell them where Lauren is by cornering him in the café.

After it aired on ITV, a video of the exchange was posted on Corrie’s official Instagram account. The caption for the photo said, “You can’t hurt our Roy!”

Jude was among the first to reply in the comments area, saying, “That’s right, that’s it.” I need my telescope [emoji with a fist; I can’t handle this right now.”

Sophie exclaimed, “Please leave Roy alone! Jean remarked, “This storyline is breaking my heart. He doesn’t deserve this.” When the men entered Roy’s room during the commercial break, I really turned off my television because I thought Roy might be harmed.”

Simon responded, “I’ll protect you Roy, frying pans aren’t just for cooking, who’s with me?”
