Is Tom’s time running out?
In an effort to exert control over several facets of Belle King’s life, Tom King, the character on Emmerdale, has been abusing his wife.
He even tried to sabotage her new career last night, Wednesday, March 20, by telling a client to go elsewhere.
According to a recent fan theory on Emmerdale, Tom will be killed off during the Christmas season in 2024.
Emmerdale: Tom has been abusing Belle
Fans of the ITV soap opera will be aware that Tom has been controlling and abusing Belle, his new wife.
Speaking on her behalf, he has been pressuring her into trying for children and making her do things she doesn’t want to do.
Tom started acting much more abusively toward Belle last night during her first day at Take A Vow.
Tom was able to get Belle to leave her client and assist him at the veterinary clinic after he noticed Belle flirting with her new customer.
When Belle saw that he had intentionally injured his hand, she became irate because it was only a little scrape.
Tom decided to thwart Belle and the client’s plans after learning that they had scheduled a meeting over dinner that evening.
Then he revealed to the client that Leyla had ruined his own wedding and was a drug addict. The client withdrew from his negotiations with Take A Vow shortly afterward.
Emmerdale fan theory: Tom to be killed off in Christmas whodunnit?
Fans of soap operas may be aware that on Christmas 2023, Linda killed Keanu in an episode of EastEnders. According to a recent fan idea, Emmerdale may soon be studying their rival soap opera closely.
In this scenario, Tom King might die over Christmas when one of the Dingles stands up for Belle and puts an end to her violent husband.
A fan postulated: “You just never know what will happen.” A soap opera begins by attempting to delicately depict a difficult issue (coercive control/abuse), but as is customary, it devolves into a farce and drags on till Christmas with a whodunit Tom murder mystery!
Another viewer added: “This is not going to end well for Tom. Can see him meeting his parents very soon/leaving the village in a wooden box. Xmas murder mystery. Deadly Dingles.”
Will the Dingles defend Belle against Tom?
When it comes to standing up for one of their own, the Dingles never fail to band together and take matters into their own hands.
It’s not difficult to believe that, in the event that it came down to it, someone like Cain could have played a role in Tom King’s demise—we’ve seen what occurred with Lydia and Craig.
When Tom’s abusive behavior is revealed, he will undoubtedly face consequences. When will this be, though? And will he be killed by the Dingles at Christmas?
