Emmerdale viewers are convinced they have worked out what newcomer Ella is hiding on the ITV soap, with her possibly linked to a past character on the show
Before a plot for the newbie, Emmerdale watchers think they’ve figured out Ella Forster’s secret.
Paula Lane’s character made her television debut earlier this year and quickly got employment at the GP practice. Ella has just found herself entangled in a romantic triangle with Dr. Liam Cavanagh and his ex-girlfriend Chas Dingle, but it seems that she is also concealing a significant secret.
Her recent actions have led supporters to believe there may be more to her coming, despite rumors of a covert connection to someone outside the community. Fans were certain that Ella’s recent mention of a buddy who pushed her to pursue a career in nursing was yet another strong indication of her potential connection to a previous village bad guy.
Many believe Ella may be plotting retribution against villagers and that she is connected to serial murderer Meena Jutla. After all, Liam, the man who contributed to Meena’s demise, and her sister Manpreet both work at the surgery.
Since Ella is getting to know the two, is it possible that she is working with Meena, the murderer, to attack them both? One fan said on X, “Is Ella there for some kind of revenge?” indicating that other fans feel the same way.
“Ella is connected to Meena… who shall be returning soon,” said another observer, while a third noted, “Ella has something to do with Mina.” It follows after Paula hinted at the reality of what her character is concealing.
“Ella will eventually make her history known. She told Digital Spy, “I’m really looking forward to investigating this more since she does have important obligations outside of the village.
“She will battle so hard to defend that circumstance when something or someone so precious to her is under danger. There’s a lot to fight for right now, and this is a side of her that we haven’t yet seen.”
Paula hinted that she would be the center of a love triangle when she got to the Dales. “A connection has already started there in the surgery right now. Thus, I’m not sure. There is a little amount of competition and perhaps some pyrotechnics. There’s a little triangle of affection.
“However, one never knows what could occur behind closed doors. We are now constructing a brand-new set, and the surgery will be located on Main Street. I’ll be in the center of the hamlet, figuring out the new procedure, and that’s when all this character will sort of come in,” she said.
