Following his attack on Vinny Dingle, Emmerdale fans think Tom King could be in serious danger as Mandy Dingle will ‘kill’ him when she finds out what he’s done
Following Tom King’s (James Chase) vicious assault on Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson), viewers of Emmerdale believe they have foreseen King’s (James Chase) doom. Tom left Vinny for dead after hitting him on the head with an ornament out of fury. Thank goodness Vinny was admitted to the hospital and seemed to be doing better.
Not knowing whether Vinny was alive or dead after the assault, Tom left him behind. When he subsequently learned that Vinny was in the hospital, he hurried to be at his side. Vinny’s mother, Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley), was naturally distraught over her son’s condition when Tom talked with her in the hospital.
Tom expressed his excitement over locating the attacker as he consoled Mandy. The events horrified Emmerdale viewers, who predicted that Mandy would soon be the cause of Tom’s demise.
Fans took to X to predict that after Mandy learned how Tom was attacking Vinny, she would “kill” him. One individual said, “Tom, be careful! When Mandy discovers the truth, she will physically murder you.”
“When she finds out, Daisy HAS to shatter at least one of Tom’s ribs. Don’t let me down,” a second person remarked. “Mandy will rip Tom apart when this all comes out!” said a third admirer.
Because of Vinny’s closeness with Tom’s wife Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper), Tom has always disliked Vinny. After their wedding earlier this year, Tom has been subtly managing and influencing Belle in private.
Producer Laura Shaw of the soap opera Tease has hinted at a darker plot, so the tension is expected to build. “We’ve seen how their wedding night ended with Belle crying, and we’ve seen since Tom began to coerce and manipulate Belle,” the speaker said.
This ongoing plot has undergone extensive study, and it will continue throughout the next months. We’ve had access to first-hand accounts and have visited organisations like as Refuge. We’ll watch what transpires with those two next since we’ve seen how fast coercive control relationships can get physical.”
Additionally, Laura hinted at future special episodes that will centre on Tom and Belle. She disclosed: “We’ve been attempting to tell the narrative in novel and creative ways with our storylines, so we have a special episode coming up where we deviate from the standard Emmerdale structure and do things a little bit differently.
“We’ll see what’s going on in their relationships and through a special way we’ve done it, we’ll be able to see that what you see in public is not necessarily what you see behind closed doors. It’s a dinner party with a main focus on Belle and Tom and Marlon and Rhona.” We have additional special episodes planned for this year, but I’m not permitted to reveal them to you.”
