Supporters of Coronation Street are certain that a well-liked figure may be returning to the cobbles to rescue Roy Cropper after his apprehension for homicide.
The rumours that Weatherfield legend Becky McDonald is about to make a dramatic reappearance to save Roy Cropper from his present situation are rife among Coronation Street viewers.
The fiery Becky was played by Katherine Kelly, who originally came to light in 2006 as a disturbed young person before being adopted by Hayley Cropper (Julie Hesmondhalgh) and Roy (David Neilson).
Becky was involved in a number of dramatic tales throughout her time at the Rovers Return, from turbulent relationships to fierce rivalries, so her time on the street was anything from boring.
