Rose battles to make amends with daughter Dawn, but will she listen?
In Emmerdale, Kim Tate goes to great lengths to get rid of Will Taylor’s ex.
Will was forced to sneak away to the nearby hospital last week after receiving an unexplained phone call.
When he arrived, he saw Rose, Dawn’s mother who was not present, a face from his past.
When Will got home, Kim questioned him about his whereabouts, but he wouldn’t say where he had been or with whom.
But Kim eventually found out about her husband’s deception, and in future episodes on Emmerdale, the matriarch of the soap opera confronts Rose directly.
After seeing her mother Rose, Dawn is distraught and refuses to talk to her husband Billy about it.
An too familiar Rose in the village asks for directions to Home Farm.
Rose soon arrives and interrupts Kim because she is determined to speak with Dawn.
Soon after, Dawn and Rose cross paths, but Dawn demands Kim observe, much to Rose’s chagrin.
Rose puts her heart out there, but Dawn is adamant that they won’t be in a relationship because Rose abandoned her daughter when she was just five years old.
In secret, Kim promises Rose £2000 so she may go back to Spain and never again provide meals for the village.
Even when Kim increases the offer to £3000, Rose refuses to back down, and Kim icily reminds her that there are worse things she could do.
Reluctantly, Rose agrees and departs, but not before making a stop at the Woolpack before her trip home.
Kerry and Gail soon join her, but Billy encourages Rose to go on.
But Rose flips the script when she has an audience and blurts out how Kim has bought her off, leaving Dawn speechless.
Will is irate at Home Farm because Kim paid Rose off without notifying him.
Dawn says she’s invited Rose to stay with them when she and her mother arrive home.
When Rose stays at Kim’s place, how will Kim respond? And how is Will going to manage two independent ladies in one house?
