The 25-year-old actress had faced two DUI felony charges and a hit-and-run misdemeanor charge for an 2023 traffic accident.

Records from the L.A. Sheriff’s Department show that the 25-year-old star of General Hospital was booked into the Los Angeles County prison system on Monday afternoon. Mark Daniel Melnick, the actress’s attorney, told PEOPLE that Pullos turned herself in to Pasadena City Jail for ninety days after entering a plea of not guilty to a DUI charge stemming from an automobile accident that occurred a year prior.
After spending three months in jail, she will be sentenced to five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and more than $8,000 in reparations when she goes to court on July 29, according to Melnick.
“Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick stated to PEOPLE. (Entertainment Weekly requested comment from Melnick and other Pullos representatives on Monday; they did not immediately reply.)
After reportedly driving in the incorrect direction on a highway and colliding with another vehicle, Pullos was taken into custody on April 29, 2023. She was accused with one felony crime of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and causing harm, one felony count of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of.08% and one misdemeanor offense of hit-and-run driving causing property damage.
Following the incident, the actress—who had been playing General Hospital’s Molly Lansing-Davis since 2009 and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2015 for her performance on the serial opera—took a leave of absence from the program. Her other television credits include from Mr. Mayor, Dollhouse, and House.
The Daily Mail, which broke the story first, claims that Pullos first entered a plea agreement with the district attorney’s office, pleading not guilty to one DUI charge in exchange for the dismissal of the other DUI charge and the misdemeanor hit-and-run charge.
