Emmerdale downfall ‘sealed’ for Ruby Fox Milligan as she reignites feud with fan-favourite
On Thursday’s episode of Emmerdale, Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) unintentionally drenched Ruby Fox Milligan (played by Beth Cordingly), leaving her furious.
Before Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) became involved in the drama, the ladies engaged in a heated standoff because none of them was willing to back down.
Afterwards, Ruby’s husband, Will Ash’s Caleb Milligan, instructed her to apologise to Moira, his sister-in-law. But by the conclusion of the show, it was obvious that their rivalry was still going strong.
After the standoff, Ruby remarked to Moira at The Woolpack, “Well, look, I apologise, sincerely,” while taking a big breath.
“Why look so surprised?” She inquired before to saying: “I am willing to admit that on occasion, I am guilty of blowing these misunderstandings slightly out of proportion.”
Then Moira, the confident newcomer to the hamlet, gave him a firm embrace, making Moira appear uncomfortable as he stood stiff. But then, a cunning Moira said to Ruby in a whisper, “You don’t think I am buying this do you?”
“No, not at all,” a cunning Ruby shot back, to which Moira retorted, “Well, I’m glad we are on the same page.”
The farmer left the tavern when Ruby angrily informed Moira that her “earthy odour” was making her ill.
Many Emmerdale viewers commented on the growing hostilities between the two characters on X, the old name of Twitter.
Some people are certain Moira would stop at nothing to force Ruby out of the community.
Chris wrote: “#Emmerdale someone just dump ridiculous Ruby in the quarry.”
“Who on earth would want to make an enemy of Moira?” commented someone else. The whole Dales community knows about that woman’s infamous Glasgow kiss (#emmerdale).
Another person said, “Loving Moira and Ruby’s rivalry @emmerdale.” “Get out of the way, Ruby, or Moira will unleash the murderous moo on you #Emmerdale,” Doreen tweeted in the meanwhile.
“Ruby just looks for trouble,” Pam said. For the love of God, who lives like that in #Emmerdale?” (sic)
“Time to do your signature head butt Moira Dingle #Emmerdale,” Laura said.
