Liam’s fate ‘sealed’ in tragic Coronation Street video as he’s left to die

Soon after Liam Connor (Charlie Wrenshall) overdoses on drugs, his life on Coronation Street is in jeopardy.

Following months of unrelenting bullying by Mason (Luca Toolan) and his group, Liam began looking up methods to take his own life on the internet.

Thankfully, Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) and Gary Windass (Mikey North) discovered Liam before anything bad occurred.

Liam has come a long way in his rehabilitation from the bullying and has also spoken up a lot about it in the aftermath.

However, it has recently come to light that Liam has begun to have panic episodes. He utilises his inhaler to aid with his breathing, but he hasn’t yet told Maria about the issue.

Liam and Joseph enjoy a movie at the apartment in the latest video.

Liam goes through the kitchen cabinets in quest of candy as Joseph stands guard at the door.

Then he finds a diazepam pill bottle, which we know is Paul’s (Peter Ash) property.

Just as Joseph announces that Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) and Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) are headed back, he tucks them into his pocket.

Joseph and Liam go to the couch and settle down, the young man not revealing what he has taken.

Later, once he gets home, Liam discovers Gary isn’t in the apartment; he doesn’t know that he’s really in the bar tending to an inebriated Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien).

Sensing that Paul is about to have another panic episode, Liam pulls out Paul’s tablets in the hopes that they would help him relax.

When Billy returns home and notices the narcotics are gone, he finds out from Joseph that Liam was earlier searching through the cabinets.

The medication bottle is then seen next to Liam, who seems to be comatose.

Can someone reach him in time, though?
