Fans of Coronation Street can anticipate a number of scenarios on the ITV soap opera, including a “exit” and a whodunit, as well as the revelation of secrets and some significant findings.

Next week, a number of locals are implicated in a vicious attack on Nathan Curtis, the returnee villain. In another scene, Rowan Cunliffe, another villain, is exposed by a former associate, who reveals the secrets he is keeping.
One soap character has a temporary leave as a result of this finding, but there will be more discoveries next week. Steve McDonald is disturbed by hearing news regarding his former Tracy Barlow, while Kevin Webster is shaken by what he learns.

Rowan exposed
As viewers of soap operas will remember, Rowan has made Leanne Battersby the target of his “self-improvement group,” The Institute. In Leanne’s hour of need, Rowan has also been yanking her away from her sister Toyah Battersby and lover Nick Tilsley.
Using his techniques and coaching her to talk aloud about elements of her life, Rowan has been helping Leanne open up about her history and the pain she has experienced. Unbeknownst to Leanne, Rowan was secretly recording everything she said. This was a shocking revelation. Viewers will naturally remember that Toyah has been quite dubious of Rowan and has shown worry about Leanne.
Next week, there will be scenes where Toyah is searching for a forum for former members of the Altovalent Institute and is desperate to expose Rowan. She attempts to show Leanne a post she saw that implies the Institute shouldn’t be trusted, only to find out it was removed due to legal issues.
Although Leanne dismisses it, she phones Rowan to confirm that his spiteful ex-wife did not write it and that her statements are untrue. Leanne is delighted by Rowan’s offer to give her a tour of the Institute and soon learns that he has been elevated to head of the North-West section during the call.
When Leanne tells Simon later in the week that she met a guy named Jared at the Institute who would be pleased to help him set up his food delivery service, things take an even more concerning turn. When Simon says that Jared has agreed to meet with him and would need to borrow some money, a dubious Toyah tunes in and worries that this is just another ruse.
In an attempt to validate her fears, Toyah examines Rowan’s page and saves a number on her phone. Later, she meets with Una, Rowan’s ex-girlfriend, and shares that her sister has been involved with the Institute and that she fears she may be in danger. Leanne tries to head out for the retreat later in the week, but Toyah urges her to think again.
Bernie’s secret revealed
Next week, Bernie Winter from Coronation Street will have her depressing secret revealed on the ITV soap opera. The heroine is made to acknowledge the feelings her ex Denny has for her, feelings she has been holding within for decades. The character has been struggling lately, as viewers have witnessed her son Paul Foreman’s diagnosis of motor neurone illness.
Bernie was determined to keep her ex-boyfriend Denny away from Paul after he went to the streets last week, knowing that he only had a few months to live. She was obviously alarmed when Denny asserted that he knew a secret about her and threatened to reveal it.
Ever since, she has been acting strangely and obviously concealing something, but now the whole truth has been exposed by spoilers. Future scenes will see Bernie break down and confess her truth in response to her daughter Gemma Winter’s worries.
Another character is shocked by what she says, and it sets up a depressing death twist. Bernie is made to confess everything when she keeps going missing and lying about her whereabouts.
When her lover Dev Alahan investigates further before confronting her, she breaks down and confesses that she has a hidden son that no one is aware of. She says that before being adopted, her kid Zodiac was placed in foster care.
Whodunnit
Next week on Coronation Street, there will be a new whodunit as one character is presumed dead. It happens while Bethany Platt questions PC Craig Tinker over Nathan’s alibi in connection with the alleged “murder” of Lauren Bolton.
Craig soon reveals that Nathan was with his girlfriend, who works at a nail salon in the city. Bethany responds by pointing out that he was managing a tanning salon while he was grooming her. In the meantime, Sarah, Bethany’s mother, confides in Gary Windass that she’s concerned about her daughter since she’s grown obsessed with attempting to link Nathan to Lauren’s death.
Later, Nathan approaches Daniel and Bethany, shocking them both by accusing Bethany of bugging his girlfriend. Following the incident, David, Sarah, and Gary talk about Nathan in the Rovers and decide that something needs to be done to stop him from ruining Bethany’s life once more. Shortly after, an enigmatic individual intervenes as a cloaked man on the construction site approaches and smacks Nathan in the head, rendering him unconscious.
After the event, Shona Platt questions David about the stain on his jeans because she isn’t buying his tale, and Bethany speculates about who could have attacked Nathan. David argues his innocence to Bethany and Sarah, but Shona quickly establishes that he was there at the construction site when Nathan was assaulted because of a tracking programme. After David eventually acknowledges that he saw the attack but wasn’t involved, Bethany becomes even more certain that Daniel is at fault. Is she going to be proven correct, or is someone else pulling a shocking move?
Lauren twist
Spoilers suggest that Coronation Street could be ready to introduce a fresh suspect in the Lauren murder investigation. Currently under investigation, Roy Cropper was sentenced to jail after authorities said they had sufficient proof to establish his identity as Lauren’s murderer. Although the exact cause of Lauren’s death is still unknown, investigators are certain that she was murdered because of evidence of blood and human tissue discovered in her flat along with a weapon.
Roy’s attorney, Dee-Dee Bailey, is eager to learn the truth in order to set his client free, but poor Roy is unable to establish his innocence. Next week, according to teasers, might be a turning moment in the case when certain text conversations are discovered.
They could reveal the truth about Lauren’s fate and the parties involved, which would undoubtedly alter everything. Who delivered the texts to Lauren and what they say are still unknown.
The CPS calls Dee-Dee and says they have some updates about Lauren’s phone texts. After analysis, it appears that a finding has been made in relation to them; viewers will have to check in next week to learn what they imply.
Tracy Barlow news
Weeks after her abrupt departure, Coronation Street will include news regarding Tracy Barlow next week on the ITV soap opera. After decades on the street, Kate Ford’s character decided to move overseas and begin a new life with Tommy Orpington. She had recently violently ended her marriage to Steve McDonald after cheating on him.
After making a sudden exit, Tracy has been missing ever since, and it doesn’t seem like she’s coming back. However, the soap opera has not yet stated if she is gone for good or whether she will come back.
In an effort to put his life back on track and deal with the betrayal, Steve is rekindling his romance with Demi, a new character. But it’s obvious he’s not over the past several days, and he becomes irritated when he learns something about Tracy.
When Steve finds out the next week that Weatherfield County intends to celebrate football player Tommy by ordering a bust of him, he becomes enraged. Steve gets all worked up over his ex-hero, which confuses his new partner Demi.
Steve is compelled to talk about his heartache and how his wife Tracy had an affair with him when she questions him about why he dislikes Tommy so much. But that’s not all—later in the week, he makes another finding that prompts him to turn to his friend Tim Metcalfe for consolation.
On Tracy’s social media profile, he finds some pictures of her having the time of her life with Tommy in the Med. Steve feels devastated when Tracy is seen enjoying herself while paragliding with her new partner.
Kevin makes a discovery
Kevin Webster will be making a discovery in a mystery plot that has been hinted at on Coronation Street. Spoilers claim that the character in the ITV soap opera is left “rattled” after seeing something concerning on an internet forum. It happens at a difficult moment for him, since business at his garage is slowing down.
He confides in his sister Debbie Webster about the sluggish company and his want to attract new clients. Max Turner offers to assist him in launching a new website to aid in company promotion.
He adds that if they want him to move further, it will cost £1,000. He does this while displaying a mock-up of the website and design. Kevin is shocked by the news and declines to pay that much for the website.
