The actor spent his weekend break away from the cobbles jumping on Manchester’s Bee Network and heading into town with his wife
Andy Whyment, a Coronation Street star, had to respond to worries about his well-being even though he was spotted having a great time on a date night with his spouse. The actor took use of Manchester’s new Bee Network and went into town for the evening during his weekend getaway from the city’s cobblestones.
After having a Chinese meal, Andy posted a selfie of himself and his wife Nichola to his Instagram Story. They were boarding the V2 bus. As part of their most recent tour, boyband Blue—or should we say, “manband”—were playing at The Bridgewater Hall where the two were going.
On Saturday night, May 11, the BRIT Award winners Duncan James, Lee Ryan, Simon Webbe, and Antony Costa brought their Greatest Hits Tour to the venue. It was their final stop on the tour, and they entertained with their hit songs and stories from their careers.
In addition, Andy shared a photo of himself and Antony on Instagram, looking like he was having fun with Nichola as he made his way backstage to meet the band.
A number of recordings from the performance, in which he and his partner sang along to hits like One Love, All Rise, and U Make Me Wanna, were also posted by the soap opera star, who is best known for portraying Kirk Sutherland on ITV’s Corrie.
Andy said, “Me and @nicski31 had a top night watching @officialblue, thanks @antonycosta for sorting the tickets you guys were fantastic as always.” in the caption of his post, which was aimed at his 383,000 followers. In response, Antony wrote quickly, “Ah big love bro to you and Nicky.”
Also, his supporters and admirers seemed to be enjoying the material. According to @lynnlornie, it “looks a lot of fun.” Remark from @adalonsdale6330: “Wow, looks like a great night.” In the words of @traceyhowell64, “It was amazing, brilliant night.” In addition, @donnathornton7922 said, “Andy, you could have sang with them.”
However, after reading something online about the celebrity, several of Andy’s admirers expressed worry. They stated: “I thought you had died because of a Corrie spoiler thingy I watched I’m so much happier knowing you are alive and well.” However, he responds with assurance, saying, “Yes, I’m very much alive and well, thankfully.”
The remark most likely follows Andy’s statement that he was “sad to hear” of the passing of Bernard Hill, a former co-star. Andy was one of those who was thinking back on his time working with Hill in a role before to his rise to fame as Kirk Sutherland on Corrie, after the tragic news of the Titanic and The Lord of the Rings star’s passing broke.
“My first major speaking part was on a show called Once Upon a Time in the North, it was a 6 part series and Bernard Hill played my dad, sad to hear of his passing today RIP Bernard,” the soap actor said on Instagram, including a photo of the two.
