Tom returned to the soap last year after a decade away
Future Emmerdale episode spoilers show how antagonist Tom King separates his wife Belle from her family.
After ten years away from the soap opera, Tom (now portrayed by James Chase), the son of Carl King (Tom Lister), returned last year.
Tom reconciled with Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper), his previous girlfriend, after his reappearance in the hamlet, and they got married earlier this year.
Nonetheless, a coercive control narrative currently revolves around their problematic relationship.
Tom is still taking charge of Belle’s life in a number of ways, such as creating a joint account for the two of them.
In unaired scenes, Tom becomes enraged upon discovering Belle conversing with Mandy (Lisa Riley) and Lydia (Karen Blick) on the puppy cam.
Tom hears the three women making fun of him behind his back while listening in on their talk, not realizing he is listening to everything with a vengeance.
Belle is relieved to see that Tom is kind with Mandy and Lydia when he unexpectedly shows up at home, but she questions if this is his true disposition.
True enough, Tom behaves menacingly once more when Mandy and Lydia depart.
Tom suddenly betrays Belle, landing her in a horrible predicament.
Tom and Belle were prominent in a historic Emmerdale episode that examined two facets of the same dinner party in recent scenes.
As the fissures began to show, attention was focused on the relationships between Tom and Belle and Marlon and Rhona.
Admiring viewers praised the “masterpiece” episode on X, the former name of Twitter.
“What a masterpiece of an episode tonight but terrifyingly frightening too!” one person commented. I’m very concerned about Belle.”
“Wow, I could barely breathe through this,” said someone another. Regarding the escalation of abuse, the realistic way to ending a relationship struck a chord deeply. Simply amazing.
“Held my breath in fear the entire way through,” remarked a third.
Others, meantime, have foretold Belle would endure more cruelty at the hands of Tom.
“The acting tonight was incredible,” a viewer commented. When Belle does come out, I have a terrible feeling that Tom would fabricate information to claim to her family that she hasn’t been taking her schizophrenic medicine.”
