What is happening in Emmerdale and Coronation Street this week?
We know Ruby (Beth Cordingly) got her retribution by making Ethan the victim of his own hit-and-run after Ethan Anderson placed Nicky Milligan (Lewis Cope) in a coma.
After being officially charged with driving while intoxicated and fleeing the scene of an accident, Ethan faces the possibility of serving a significant amount of time in prison as he continues to recuperate.
The Andersons are going through a rough patch, and they begin to worry that a challenging few weeks may become a nightmare when Ethan passes out on the ground and Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) tries to save him.
By the end of this week, Lauren Bolton’s disappearance in Manchester will come to a dramatic finale.
The strain is growing since Roy is still inside and awaiting trial for the murder of Lauren. Even worse, we now know that Michael Condron’s character, Griff Reynolds, the head of a far-right gang, has returned to Weatherfield jail and will soon attempt to coerce Roy into making a confession.
Back on the cobbles, we’ll find Carla Connor (Alison King) and Bobby on the wrong side of the law, facing accusations of perverting the course of justice. Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) is certain that NathanCurtis (Christopher Harper) is responsible for Lauren’s death.
But will the correct person go to jail when the truth about Lauren’s disappearance is revealed?
Will they evade being apprehended by DS Swain (Vicky Myers) and her team?
