Emmerdale double exit confirmed as family torn apart over tragic death

Fans of the ITV serial soap Emmerdale will soon have to say goodbye to not one, but two characters.

In scenes that have not yet aired, Emmerdale spoilers indicate that Nicky Milligan, played by Lewis Cope, is resolved to put his poisonous parents, Caleb (Will Ash) and Ruby (Beth Cordingly), behind him.

He has been finding it difficult to accept that his mother used his automobile to inflict retribution on Ethan Anderson (Emile John).

Ruby thinks that the hit-and-run is connected to Ethan’s death, and she has been considering turning herself in to the police station. Ethan passed away a few days after.

Ruby promised to turn herself in during Thursday’s hour-long show because she is anxious to keep her kid on her side.

Nicky became quite irate at the situation in recent weeks, so Caleb asked him what was wrong. He cried, “You two, like it’s always been.” You can’t even recognise how sick and deranged you are.”

To this the enraged peasant said, “I wanted to trust you – for once I thought you would do the right thing.”

Ruby was called “weak and pathetic” by him as Caleb was attempting to talk her out of telling the police that she had been involved in the hit-and-run.

After telling Caleb’s parents he was “so done with both of you” and giving him a hard slap across the face, Nicky stormed out of the home.

Will he ever talk to them again on the ITV soap opera?

Nicky discusses leaving Emmerdale with his partner Suni Sharma (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) in scenes that haven’t yet aired.

The double departure has been confirmed by Emmerdale to Express.co.uk, but will the guys simply leave the hamlet or make a theatrical exit a la soap opera?

Prior to airing, Brahmdeo, who joined the serial opera last year, said, “I’m thrilled to become a part of the Emmerdale family.” It seems strange, having seen the programme with my parents when I was a child.

“Thank you so much to everyone for making me feel so comfortable here. Suni, who exudes confidence, charm, and a keen sense of style, is eager to add some flare to the Emmerdale community.

“He doesn’t hesitate to pursue his goals and be the person he really desires. I believe that portraying the true tales of real people and ensuring that they are accurately portrayed is what Emmerdale does so beautifully.

“Bringing a wonderful character like Suni to life on a continuing drama is incredibly important to me as it gives exposure to a demographic which is sadly still under-represented so I truly hope to do him justice, and thank Emmerdale and its fans for the privilege.”
