Her mum is not too happy apparently
It has been alleged that Emmerdale actress Sammy Winward has stopped communicating with her 19-year-old daughter after she joined OnlyFans early this year.
Mia is the daughter of former Blackburn Rovers football player David Dunn and actress Sammy, who portrayed Katie Sugden in the ITV serial opera from 2001 to 2015.
Mia, however, has said that she has been “cut off” from her parents after a heated disagreement over her choice to register on the explicit pornographic website OnlyFans.
Sammy Winward daughter signs up for OnlyFans
Mia registered on the explicit sexual material website OnlyFans earlier this year. She talked to friends who were using the website before making her decision.
Mia recently revealed how she’s making a ton of money selling explicit photos and videos, feeling empowered and loving being her own boss. Mia stated in an interview with The Sun that she may make up to £30,000 per month.
However, it seems that Mia’s choice has caused a rift with her well-known parents, Sammy and David Dunn, the former football player for Blackburn Rovers.
Sammy ‘not speaking’ to Mia
Mia made the following accusation about her mother, an Emmerdale star: “When we did last speak, she said some pretty mean things, it was awful.” However, even though I adore my mother and my whole family, none of them communicate with me anymore.
Mia said to the publication, “But I will always love and appreciate them,” in spite of the fallout and difficulties. I’m hoping we can mend our friendship and move on at some point.
Additionally, Mia expressed her opinion that OnlyFans is not a long-term job. But for the time being, rumour has it that it’s helping her make enough cash to enter the real estate market.
For a response, ED! UK has been in touch with Sammy’s agents.
Sammy Winward and daughter Mia
Mia and Sammy, who were both 19 at the time, had an appearance on Loose Women back in 2021. The girl disclosed her aspirations to pursue acting.
“I always thought, ‘Oh my god, I’m only going to be 36/37 when she is 18,” Sammy said in a video link statement. And I’m getting close now. We truly feel like the best of friends, which is ridiculous.
“There is the mother-daughter bond, of course, but we’re more like best friends,” she continued.
