Mason from Coronation Street has generated a lot of drama on the streets, but now viewers believe the bully is about to commit a horrifying murder.
Mason Radcliffe, the bad boy of Coronation Street, may be headed for a death sentence. When Luca Toolan, the soap bully, initially surfaced last year, a lot of controversy was created. Watching him torment Liam Connor (Charlie Wrenshall), the little son of Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon), appalled viewers of the soap opera.
And when Mason slashed at Liam, things became quite dramatic. But in a tragic turn of events, Liam considered ending his own life. Mason, however, was sent to a Young Offenders centre in April after threatening Liam with a knife. Dylan courageously refused to back down from Mason throughout the trial and testified against him. However, Mason was back on the streets last month in the soap opera after being let out of the Young Offenders centre.
Many others were rattled by his return, including Dylan and Liam. Mason has been shown compassion by Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows), who also helped him get a job at his restaurant.
When word spread that Mason was employed by Speed Daal, many locals became enraged. However, Stu has maintained that he believes Mason is making an effort to change his ways.
Fans worry that Mason could, in an unexpected turn of events, really be killed off shortly. Moreover, fans are certain that Stu will be the one to submerge Mason to the depths of six feet.
Online, supporters voiced their opinions, pointing out that Stu is still unaware that Mason hit and killed his granddaughter Eliza earlier this year.
Fans believe that Stu may “kill Mason in a rage” if he were to find out. Additionally, many have asserted that Mason’s passing may be related to Stu actor Bill Fellows’ departure.
It was reported this week that Bill had left the soap opera after three years. It has been reported that he has completed filming his last sequences for the popular ITV show.
Viewers now know that upon Stu’s departure, he will murder bad boy Mason after learning the truth about his granddaughter’s hit and enjoyment.
One fan posted the following on a Corrie Facebook page: “Stu set to leave the cobbles later this year.” Talk about letting Mason use his granddaughter Eliza’s bedroom.
But he’s unaware that Eliza was struck by’mad Mason’ during the hit-and-run. Is Stu headed for murder and a second stint in prison? This one is not incorrect,” they pondered.
“Imagine if Stu finds out that Mason knocked over Eliza and ends up in prison for actually killing somebody,” another fan said on X. “I hope he finds out it was Mason who hit Eliza with the car, kills him in a rage, then flees to Germany,” wrote a third person who concurred.
