Laura might not find Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) in time, or he might return home and lose his eligibility to donate.

Laura was informed by the doctors that Lulu’s greatest chance was likely a full sibling. Laura thinks Lucky is the only one who could be able to help Lulu at this point.

The WSB discovered that Lucky is in a perilous region of the world—East Africa. Laura might have to think about alternative choices for Lulu.

When Lulu was a newborn, Adam Huss’s character Nikolas Cassadine saved her life. When she suffered from aplastic anemia, he gave her bone marrow.

Back then, Lucky wasn’t a match. Though it appears that Nikolas is no longer qualified to give, he was. It’s possible that none of them will succeed in saving their sister.

Laura is in a frantic search for assistance. Should Sam be a match, she could offer to give. There are hazards associated with the operation. She could potentially get hepatic failure and pass away during the procedure.

While it is rare, deaths from live liver donation are not unknown. Sam may be one of those uncommon examples. If Sam passed away and Lulu was spared, it would also be ironic.

Sam would gladly agree to give if she found out she was a match. She might not survive, though. Certainly, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would feel bad.

Sam would never say no to carrying it out. She has been assisting Dante in raising Rocco Falconeri, a kid of Lulu (Finn Francis Carr). She would feel guilty if Lulu hadn’t survived when she had the chance to save her since she loves the child.

Another possibility is that Sam has an automobile accident and becomes unconscious, much like Lulu did. It’s possible that her final request was to give Lulu her liver so that her kids would have a mother.

She would undoubtedly be doing this for Dante as well, as she is aware of his particular affection for Lulu. Sam’s present to Lulu would undoubtedly exacerbate Dante’s already ambivalent emotions.

Dante has been mulling over what may have been and wondering what he would have done differently in regards to Lulu. He is now second-guessing his choice to leave her while he was suffering from acute PTSD.

Although Dante would be devastated to lose Sam in this manner, Sam could be the reason he and Lulu are reunited.

He is in love with both of them and would never want to part from them. It would be the greatest unselfish sacrifice Sam could ever think of if he died so Lulu might live. We have a suspicion that Dante won’t soon forget Sam.
