General Hospital spoilers: Jagger Cates is dead and Sonny needs an alibi

Agent Jagger Cates, played by Adam J. Harrington, has passed away.

In the General Hospital episode that aired on Friday, Sonny (Maurice Benard) engaged Jagger in combat. Jagger ultimately shot the renegade agent, putting a stop to his terror campaign in Port Charles.

But now there’s a problem at the Quartermaine estate, making those who were there for the family meal suspects.

Even though viewers are aware that Sonny killed Jagger, it doesn’t appear that everyone knew he was at the boat house.

The passing of Agent Cates may have eased tensions in Port Charles, which were at an all-time high.

Everyone is a suspect

Everyone at the Quartemaine estate is made a suspect in Agent Jagger Cates’ murder once the PCPD shows up.

We’re going to interrogate everyone who came to the large family meal. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is informed by Chase (Josh Swickard) that everyone needs to speak with the police.

As the inquiry goes on, she becomes concerned.

Sonny needs an alibi

A reversal of the sequence sees Sonny informing Carly (Laura Wright) that he was upstairs with her in case anybody questions, while a large number of friends and family are gathered in the living room.

Carly is obviously uncomfortable with him as he has drawn her into the act. But we figure she’ll give him the benefit of the doubt since that’s what Jason (Steve Burton) would want.

More Port Charles news

The General Hospital teaser ends with Jonathan Jackson’s character Lucky once more playing cards.

“Hello, darling,” a woman enters, and it’s Holly (Emma Samms).

Given her current relationship to the Lucky plot, it was only a matter of time until he returned to Port Charles, as teased by spoilers.

We believe Holly, who is there to assist Lucky in getting home and secure so she can be tested to see whether she is a match for Lulu (previously Emme Rylan), received a message from Robert (Tristan Rogers).

Aside from questioning Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) about Agent Cates’s fate, expect queries regarding why they arrived late to the party.

Furthermore, it’s unknown what will happen to Ava (Maura West). Instead of being driven off the road, she was being driven off with the fictitious agent. Will the doctor who fled with Lucky and was heading to Port Charles be able to save her?

Make sure to watch every day so you don’t miss a second of the juicy drama.
