It’s Jean Slater again, but only temporarily! When Jean Slater returns to EastEnders next week, she will have just finished unpacking her baggage. The adored character, who was having problems with Harvey Monroe, departed Albert Square last month to visit her son Sean Slater.
When Jean discovered that Harvey had been concealing the fact that he was trying to make up for his son Aaron Monroe’s racial beating of Maya Houssain’s husband in 2021 by sending her money, she became outraged.
