It’s shocking, considering what Kim Tate (Claire King) has been up to in Emmerdale over the years with no regret, that she was involved in Craig’s (Ben Addis) death.
The fact that Will (Dean Andrews) is unaware of it is even more startling.
Even though Will is now on par with Kim—with whom she has already committed a few odd crimes—she hasn’t revealed to him her greatest secret.
However, after coming clean to Lydia (Karen Blick) and starting to lose her mind over the gravity of what she had done, Kim eventually admits to Will that she was responsible for the app developer’s demise.
She tells him that even though Craig’s death was an accident, she was present when it happened and tried to hide her presence from Sam Dingle (James Hooton) by working with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).
Her revelation leaves Will feeling betrayed and speechless.
Will feels burdened by the truth and hurt by the secrecy, despite her best efforts to explain the sequence of events. He must now decide whether to keep it a secret after Kim begs him to.
Kim takes a serious beating because she feels like it’s all too much for the matriarch of Home Farm. Will finds Kim slumped over Dawn’s (Olivia Bromley) birthing pool, completely out of it, in a terrifying moment.
When he finally manages to wake her, she is extremely sick. Is she dying to keep this a secret?
