EastEnders star Diane Parish was ‘gobsmacked’ over Christmas Day death reveal

“It’s brilliantly done.”

Diane Parish, an actress on EastEnders, expressed her feelings on this year’s shocking Christmas Day death reveal.

After seeing the teasers that have been released over the year, soap opera viewers have gone into a frenzy attempting to figure out which Albert Square male is going to be chopped.

The holiday plot of this year centres on “The Six”—Denise Fox, Stacey Slater, Suki Panesar, Linda Carter, Kathy Beale, and Sharon Watts—after an advance look showed the women standing in the Queen Vic over a male body that has not yet been identified.

Actor Diane Denise has commented on the response the plot has received thus far, stating that she “loves how invested everybody is”.

“I appreciate that people usually ask me about Denise when I’m out, but this year has really taken it to the next level. Recently, I’ve also started using social media, and that’s a whole other story,” she remarked.

A few audience members might to think about changing careers. Recently, I came across a description of a fully functional detective board that resembled something from Line of Duty. I adore how deeply involved everyone is.”

She hinted at what was to come when asked how she felt about the shocking revelation that fans haven’t seen yet: “Gobsmacked, but really intrigued.” It was fantastic to witness how everything came together—all the subtleties that the author team gradually introduced throughout the story come together at this pivotal moment. It’s masterfully executed.”

Seven potential characters have been identified as the victim: Dean Wicks, Keanu Taylor, Phil Mitchell, Nish Panesar, Ravi Gulati, Rocky Cotton, and Jack Branning.

It is truly anyone’s guess as to which of the potential guys will meet their terrible fate, given that they have all been embroiled in their own turbulent dramas in recent weeks.

“Whilst it’s usually a happy time for many, Christmas Day in Albert Square is notoriously riddled with heartbreak and deceit, and this year will be no exception,” the soap opera’s mystery synopsis said, describing the Christmas death storyline.

“Although viewers are aware that one unfortunate Walford man would end up on the Queen Vic’s floor wearing the infamous cufflinks, two crucial issues are still unanswered: who is the man and how did he get there?

“Whilst the exact circumstances relating to his death will remain a tightly kept secret up until Christmas Day, one thing is for certain — six of Walford’s much-loved matriarchs will find themselves embroiled in a series of events that lead up to his demise, and in a flash their lives will be permanently changed forever…”
