Twenty years after actor Chris made his debut, the audience wept as they separated, with Peter catching a train away.
One thing he will regret, however, is not finding Simon to bid him farewell in person.
It seems sense that Simon is unhappy, and he didn’t hesitate to express it.
Carla attempted to convince him that this was not the case when he informed her that it was obvious that Peter doesn’t care about him.
Simon insisted on finding out if they were no longer together, but Carla assured him that Peter just needed to go and that she would take care of him.
The child then turned on Carla, accusing her before making a quick getaway.
It seems that things will only become worse over the next several weeks and months, which is why Carla was frustrated and concerned about Simon.
Recently surfaced photos depict Simon involved in an automobile accident with Sam (Jude Riordan) present.
The ITV soap opera’s cast and crew, including Alex and Jude, who play Simon and Sam, were seen shooting the emotional sequences on location. The scenes are scheduled to screen in 2019.
Sam, a student at Weatherfield High, is said to get a ride from Simon, who rushes to get him there in time.
But then the automobile gets into an accident.
It seems that Simon and Sam escape the car without suffering any serious injuries.
It’s unclear, however, what precisely triggers the collapse or the importance of the brown parcel Simon is carrying.
This week, word broke that Alex would be departing the programme, adding to the complexity of the narrative.
After first joining Corrie at the age of five, Alex, who became a father at the age of 17 to daughter Lydia-Rose with then-girlfriend Levi Selby, is said to think the time is ripe to try other things.
It’s unclear how he turns out, but it’s anticipated and hinted that his climactic plot would be spectacular.
