EastEnders confirms groundbreaking and shocking child farming story for George Knight

When 2024 starts, George Knight (Colin Salmon) in EastEnders will learn a great deal about his history once his adoptive parents arrive.

George will learn shortly after Gloria and Eddie (Elizabeth Counsell and Christopher Fairbank) arrive in Walford that he was adopted through a method called “farming,” in which young people were offered for adoption in exchange for financial support.

George will discover something about his origins as a result of this life-altering discovery, which makes him doubt the identity his adoptive parents have instilled in him.

Viewers will discover Gloria and Eddie are still keeping secrets from their kid as they adjust to life in Albert Square.

As his strained ties with his family are revealed when they disagree with him, Eddie’s racist beliefs will also become apparent.
