Coronation Street’s Jude Riordan says ‘it’s wrapped’ as he sends love to former soap star

The actor, who is known for playing Sam Blakeman in the ITV soap, gave an update on one of his other big roles away from the cobbles

Jude Riordan, a cast member of Coronation Street, said that ‘it’s wrapped’ while providing an update on one of his other major gigs off the road. The actor, who is best known for his role as ITV soap opera Sam Blakeman, posted a number of pictures from his most recent Brassic shooting session on Instagram.

Jude is starring as Tyler Croft in the Sky Comedy, which is unrelated to Weatherfield. The young soap opera star said in December that he had completed shooting season six of the hit programme, which also features Michelle Keegan as one of the main characters and his on-screen mother Erin Croft.

Jude said on Instagram at the moment, sharing a photo of Tyler Croft from his first day on series one to his last on series six: “And that’s a golden wrap on Tyler Croft.” from S1 to S6. Having spent the previous six years with the greatest cast and crew (the originals know who they are), I’ve felt like the luckiest kid ever. I’ve laughed a lot and gained knowledge from each and every actor I’ve worked with.”

Then he said, “Brassic I will adore and long for you. I hope you come back.” Jude has now disclosed that the next season of Brassic has wrapped up shooting. However, there is still no word on whether a seventh season will air, despite rumours to the contrary.

In a recent post, Jude included many behind-the-scenes photos, such as him grinning for the camera outside his caravan and giving Michelle, who rose to popularity on Corrie from 2008 to 2014 as Tina McIntyre, a fond hug.

Alongside the photo, he shared: “Brassic S6 has wrapped up.” I was 7 years old when I started my Brassic adventure, can you believe that? In May, I turn 13! Several images from my wrap from December.” “Loved everyone, miss everyone,” he continued. What a spectacle to be involved in. From so many incredible individuals in front of and behind the camera, I’ve learnt so much.”

And his supporters and admirers didn’t hesitate to provide their encouragement. @karen.hardy.393950 remarked: “This young man has a lot of potential. Additionally, your future is bright.” @ryanmoreton05 said: “Jude, I’m very proud of you! You’re about to embark on AMAZING things!”

In the meanwhile, Jude posted a video to his Instagram Story showing Michelle praising her on-screen son, calling him “unbelievable” and “the most professional actor” when he made an appearance on an episode of The Jonathan Ross Show. Jude added, “Love @michkeegan,” with an emoticon of a face containing tears, next to the video.
