Emmerdale’s Angelica King’s fate ‘sealed’ as Nicola and Jimmy dealt crushing blow

Since 2009, Rebecca Bakes has played the disturbed adolescent Angelica King on Emmerdale; nevertheless, the actress may soon leave the show since Nicola and Jimmy have received heartbreaking news.

After receiving a warning about the seriousness of her condition, Angelica King (played by Rebecca Bakes) was able to formally leave Emmerdale with her parents, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) and Jimmy King (Nick Miles). The teenager was previously arrested for driving dangerously, which resulted in death. This is the latest blow.

Cathy Hope (Gabrielle Dowling) and her twin brother Heath Hope (Sebastian Dowling) joined Angelica on New Year’s Day. The youngsters wanted to go to a New Year’s Eve celebration outside of the hamlet, so they decided to pack into Wendy Posner’s (Susan Cookson) vehicle and have a joyride.

But when the three collided, Heath lost his life and the impromptu excursion became tragic. On the day of the boy’s burial, Angelica finally told Nicola and Jimmy the truth, even though she had previously claimed that Cathy had been the driver of the vehicle.

The boy then made a complete confession and was quickly taken into custody for causing death by unsafe driving. But this week, Jimmy and Nicola have been reluctant to inform their daughter that her court appearance has been scheduled.

The latter expressed expectations in fresh scenes that her child will be regarded as a “decent kid” during the trial. Furthermore, according to her, Angelica posed “hardly a danger to society.”

Nicola expressed her opinion that her daughter may undergo community service instead of going to jail.

However, attorney Ethan Anderson (Emile John) quickly put an end to this train of thinking.

He clarified that the child may suffer grave consequences as a result of Angelica’s guilty plea.

Ethan also disclosed that the teenager may get a jail term, which startled Jimmy and Nicola.

The former surprised the guy by urging her husband to keep Angelica in the dark about her possible destiny.

The family will be getting ready for their child’s trial later this week, but how long may she be searching for her crimes?

When Angelica learns about her possible punishment, would she end up skipping the hearing and fleeing the ITV village?

In another scene, Tony Audenshaw’s character Bob Hope had previously believed that his daughter Cathy was driving when Heath was involved in an accident.

But this week, when Jimmy acknowledged that he had lied to him about being the driver of the automobile, he becomes furious with him.
