Emmerdale spoilers: Fairytale scenes confirmed in proposal for hugely beloved couple

One of our favorite Emmerdale couples has had a risky few weeks, but they are finally headed for a happily ever after that even Walt Disney would be proud of.

In strike two, Paddy (Dominic Brunt) kissed his ex-boyfriend Chas (Lucy Pargeter) in a highly charged moment. Paddy had miraculously survived strike one, which involved humiliating Mandy and refusing to acknowledge her as his girlfriend in front of an annoying old acquaintance.

He’s starting to act like a bitch, and our Mandy deserves better, to put it plainly.

Although Paddy characterized the kiss as a “spontaneous lunge,” he is thankfully completely aware of his mistakes. The issue now is that he is unsure of how to repair the harm he has caused.

Knowing how much pain he has caused, he is depressed. Liam (Jonny McPherson), seeing his defeat, gives him the strength to fight for his love.

In addition to listening to his friend’s problems, Marlon (Mark Charnock) advises Paddy to take a chance and go for it in order to keep his friendship intact. James Chase’s character Tom advises him to do whatever it takes to win Mandy over. After giving this counsel some thought, Paddy makes a strategy.

While he’s thinking of ways to make amends, Mandy is getting pampered by Amelia, which is taking her mind off things.

Inspired by his friends’ statements, Paddy deliberately marches over to the salon as Amelia spoils Mandy. However, he appears to botch it before reaching the door.

Mandy feels and looks like a princess as she puts on a Cinderella dress as her pampering session comes to a conclusion. Paddy returns to the salon appropriately attired as her prince charming, proving that he hasn’t completely lost it.

Paddy performs the next part of his plan, lowering himself to one knee, with his princess standing in front of him.

Will she say yes and they live happily ever after?
