Emmerdale spoilers: Paddy Kirk forced to fight for his future – and takes drastic action

Since Paddy admitted that he and Chas (Lucy Pargeter) had kissed at an emotional time, there has been some tension between Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) and Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) in Emmerdale.

Even though Paddy insisted that the kiss had no meaning and that she was the woman he loves, Mandy couldn’t help but wonder if Paddy was trying to make out with her during the kiss.

After exchanging some heated words with Chas, Mandy used the occasion to vent. She concluded by expressing her desire to put the entire affair behind her and move on.

At Marlon’s (Mark Charnock) celebration, though, there’s going to be an additional twist. He makes it clear that Chas, not Paddy, broke off the kiss. This makes Mandy rethink her assessment of the entire event and makes her mistrust Paddy once again.

Because of what he’s done to Mandy and his relationship, Paddy is really depressed. In an attempt to encourage his friend, Liam (Jonny McPherson) advises him that if Mandy is the person he really wants to be with, he must fight for her.

Marlon concurs, and Tom (James Chase) remarks that Paddy needs to impress Mandy with a big gesture in order to win her over.

Paddy makes the decision to fulfill Mandy’s childhood fantasy of receiving a fairytale.

As the fairy godmother Amelia (Daisy Campbell) helps Mandy get dressed, assisting with makeup and making sure she looks gorgeous in a Cinderella costume. Then, all out in the finest, Paddy walks into the salon.

According to Lisa Riley, “there’s Paddy, her perfect Prince Charming, dressed like James Bond—she finds him so fit.”

She has always desired the happily ever after. She truly does understand the meaning of the ultimate fairytale because, as everyone knows, she is pretty young. If Paddy were to ask her out, now would be the ideal time for everything to work out, but we’re not sure.

Will Paddy’s proposal mean that the couple will live happily ever after?
