Coronation Street’s Roy Cropper in more trouble as star ‘confirms’ Lauren’s fate

Roy Cropper of Coronation Street is determined to establish his innocence because Lauren Bolton is still missing from the cobblestones.

Roy Cropper (played by David Neilson) of Coronation Street appears to be in for further trouble. According to official ITV soap opera spoilers, Mollie Gallagher’s character Nina Lucas will uncover a horrifying discovery at the cafe the following week.

She finds a pan on the stove that is burning when she walks in. After investigating, Roy concludes that he must have been sleepwalking once more. He tries to comfort Nina by telling her that it won’t happen again, even if she’s worried. Subsequently, Roy discusses his current circumstances with Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown).

Following his detention on suspicion of Lauren Bolton’s (Cait Fitton) murder—a charge he vehemently denies—Roy tells Dee-Dee he would gladly give her whatever it takes to clean his name. When Nina realizes how bad things are, she speaks with Dee-Dee.

After discovering the pan, she admits that Roy’s sleepwalking is worrying her. If it goes to court, Nina is also left wondering how in the world Roy is going to cover his legal bills.

For the past few weeks, Lauren has been absent from the cobbles, having vanished for no apparent reason. Blood was discovered in her apartment, leading the police to assume foul play and the possibility that the adolescent is dead.

Even though no body has been found, some people are still hopeful that Lauren is still alive. However, actress Cait Fitton might have revealed the demise of her character.

Her bio on Instagram states, “Previously Lauren in Coronation Street,” implying that she is no longer a cast member of the ITV serial opera.

at another scene at Weatherfield, Paul Foreman (played by Peter Ash) is devastated by the worsening prognosis for his MND.

In celebration of the milestone, Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) decides to prepare a roast dinner for the family while Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) arranges her travel to the United States.

Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove), in the meantime, goes with Paul to his speech therapy session.

While there, they discover that Paul will now need to use a feeding tube in order to prevent choking because his capacity to chew solid food has declined.

After arriving back home, Paul and Bernie inform Daniel and Summer that he is no longer able to eat solid meals.

Despite his assurances, he says the roast can still proceed as long as his meal is fully cooked.

They all begin eating dinner as Summer’s meal is getting going, and Paul receives his bowl of puréed food.

As his health deteriorates, Paul fights back tears as he watches his family clear their plates.
