Kerry Wyatt from Emmerdale, portrayed by Laura Norton, made a dramatic comeback to the well-liked ITV soap opera. Laura, 40, returned to the show as Kerry after taking a maternity leave; Kerry had left the Yorkshire village in 2022 to work on a friend’s cruise ship.

PC Swirling dropped her off at home in a theatrical fashion to commemorate her return.

Amy, Kerry’s daughter, was shocked not only by her mother’s unannounced visit but also by the clothes she was wearing—a Cher lookalike. The surprises didn’t end there, as Kerry disclosed that, despite her claims to Amy to the contrary, she had been falsely accused of stealing by her fiancé.

Amy was shocked by the news, especially when Kerry mentioned her engagement to Malcolm in passing. Though their passion had been brief, Kerry had thrown his engagement ring into the waves following a heated disagreement.

Kerry revealed that Malcolm was initially quite friendly, frequently coming up to her Cher impression performances on the ship and requesting a selfie. Kerry, though, realized that he wasn’t a stalker when someone said that he sounded like one. He really was a stalker, oh my god! But initially, he was incredibly pleasant.”

“I realized pretty fast that I’d messed up when I tried to end it, he went crazy,” she continued. He set us up for the heist because he became envious.

Following a heated dispute with Amy, Kerry expressed her desire to concentrate on being a good mother to her kid. However, she afterwards stole jewelry and cash from her outfit.

Kerry began working at The Woolpack recently, and on Thursday’s episode, she began acting suspiciously.

In the most recent episode, Kerry’s pricey boots were observed by patrons in the pub. She claimed to have saved money for them from her most recent cruise employment.

Kerry appeared concerned after receiving an odd call, though, leaving everyone to question if she was alright.

Kerry later received the following text from an unknown number: “Where are you? Why did you take this action? Liam Cavanagh enquired as to her well-being when she appeared anxious once more. Is this Malcolm, her former partner, and is he going to return to the town to retrieve his stolen goods?
