According to Emmerdale spoilers, one character on the ITV soap opera discovers Eric Pollard’s cruel lie the next week and exacts retribution on him.

Next week, following his recent depraved actions, Eric Pollard from Emmerdale is finally humiliated, and someone exacts retribution.

The audience is aware that Eric has been unkind, lying, and threatening a lot of characters lately. After the character experienced an overnight personality transplant and reverted to his evil habits from decades prior, fans started to fear for him.

However, a few weeks after a startling money swindle that caused one person to be disowned, he is exposed by another resident the next week. After blackmailing Jai Sharma over what transpired with his father Amit Sharma, Eric recently got into a fight with him.

Jai threatened her as a consequence, and Eric also cost Victoria Sugden her job. However, the second lie he told that really set everything in motion was when he stole thousands of pounds from Kerry Wyatt and then demanded money from her that she didn’t really have.

Kerry wanted Eric to appraise the jewellery she had stolen from a cruise ship so she could use the proceeds to pay for her daughter Amy Wyatt’s wedding. However, once the necklace was shown to be useless, Kerry was compelled to acknowledge on the day of the wedding that she did not have enough money to cover everything.

However, Eric was working with a pawnbroker, and together they discovered the jewellery had an enormous value. Kerry was informed that it was only worth around £60, so he made an offer to purchase it from her. Abruptly, he intervened to save Amy’s wedding.

Without disclosing that the money he spent was from the necklace, he proceeded to convince Kerry that she owed him the whole amount he had paid, plus interest, even though he knew she didn’t have the money and that he had stolen whatever money she might have had. When the truth is revealed the next week, Kerry exacts her retribution.

Kerry breaks into his residence in search of proof since she has misgivings about the man and the drama surrounding the jewellery. She uses his laptop and quickly finds out that he conned her into selling her jewellery for a huge sum of money.

Kerry seems to steal from Eric’s house out of rage and a desire to get what she is due before persuading Tracy to allow her to hold a cash-only sale at the business. The villagers appear to be purchasing everything that belongs to Eric, but what will Eric do when she learns that Kerry has taken her revenge?
