More people are beginning to doubt Kit Green of Coronation Street about his identity and true motivations. Some fans are even forecasting a major plot surprise about newcomer Sid.

Viewers of Coronation Street believe they have discovered Kit Green’s hidden connection to shady Sid on the ITV soap opera.

Monday night, despite being a detective, it was once again hinted that Kit was up to no good, promoting crimes rather than really solving them. Since his presence in recent months, we’ve already witnessed him covering things up and destroying evidence.

Strangely enough, though, he covered up Beth Tinker’s wrongdoing on Monday when he and her son Craig Tinker saw her giving Sid fake t-shirts. Kit teased them, then said there was nothing to fear and they may go, taking the clothes with them.

But later on, he ran into Sid down the ginnel, and Sid had made him an offer. It was Kit who revealed there was a surveillance team on the street, which puzzled Sid and made him think he was being set up.

Even after giving the t-shirts back to Sid, he told him in an odd way that he could still sell them even if they were dubious. Kit did, however, want half of the sales revenue. Kit promised to get in touch with Sid when he sensed something wasn’t right and questioned whether Kit was playing a practical joke on him.

As the moments developed, viewers were persuaded that Kit and the plot had greater depth. They also questioned whether Kit and Sid were connected in secret, which would explain why Kit was supporting him.

After shaking hands, Kit said there will be more communication in the future. With Kit being a fake, some fans couldn’t help but question whether Sid was actually Kit Green.

For a long time, viewers have assumed that Kit is masking his own identity and acting like someone else. Some followers of Kit on social media questioned if Kit was collaborating with Sid, also known as “the real Kit”.

“Maybe that’s the real Kit?” an admirer said on social media. “Exactly something is suspicious; I don’t think the one we know is the real one,” concurred another, and a third said, “You might be right.”

All viewers have to do is wait and see if they are correct, as well as whether his most recent deeds will be revealed!
