Coronation Street spoilers for next week: Amy in danger, Joel exposed and Kit rumbled

Next week on Coronation Street, two people will reportedly be revealed, with Joel Deering, the terrible monster, being shown for what he truly is by an unexpected individual.

Coronation Street will see two characters exposed next week – with an unlikely person seemingly being the one to expose evil villain Joel Deering for what he really is

Next week on Coronation Street, two people could be revealed—for very different reasons.

Even though viewers and even some locals already know that Joel Deering is accountable for the attack on Lauren Bolton and the grooming of other young, vulnerable women, he has thus far been able to wiggle his way out of situations. But, it appears that Joel could have difficulties the next week when Dee-Dee discovers that Joel had worked for an organisation that assists the weak. Will she learn more about his activities, or will he succeed in eluding the law once more?

But Carla has a meeting with a supplier at the Chariot Square Hotel later in the week. She waits patiently until she sees Joel enter, then moves to his table to inform everyone he attempted to kill Lauren. What kind of response will he get?

Kit could come under fire elsewhere for his role in holding Nathan accountable for Lauren’s disappearance. DS Swain questions Kit about the evidence that was put on Nathan as she makes her way to the station. How will he respond?

Next week, Amy finds herself in peril as well. Leanne had been pleading with Amy to change her mind about suing the Institute, but she was set to proceed. But when Amy receives a voicemail from an unknown number, things get much worse.

Next week, will Joel be revealed?

Leanne keeps standing by Rowan as she is left afraid and bolts out. When she examines his laptop by herself, she is perplexed to discover two files: one titled Leanne and the other named after her sister Toyah and husband Nick. What more may she discover?

During his audition for the program, Joel actor Calum Lill was informed that his character will experience a “very dark” moment.

It’s incredible to play a baddie on a soap opera, but I didn’t just want to play some moustache-twirling villain, he said. “From the email for the screen test, they were like ‘you just need to be aware it’s going to get very dark’ so I had one script that was him being nice and charming and one that was him being not so much,” he said. Since it’s a serious subject, it was crucial to me and the other cast members of Corrie to make it genuine and true to reality rather than corny.”

Joel will eventually leave the plot, however it is unclear how this will happen.

“It’s proof that the stakes have only gotten higher, and we’ve seen that Joel is very driven, self-centred, and lacks empathy, so I think the worst is yet to come for Joel,” said Calum. He will only become worse.”
