General Hospital Spoilers: Sam’s Death Leads Alexis Back To Rehab — Where She Finds Finn Never Showed

Spoilers for General Hospital reveal Kelly Monaco’s Sam McCall is on the verge of death. The recent near-death experience of Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) had to have been some sort of premonition that their mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), will only realize years later.

Given the current upheaval engulfing Kristina and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Sam’s untimely and probably sudden death will be devastating to everyone who knows her. However, I doubt anyone will take it as personally as Alexis does.

She has been maintaining her sobriety admirably thus far, but if she finds out that her oldest daughter has passed away, everything might crumble around her. More intriguingly, though, is that Alexis is more likely to stray from her sober companion Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who is absent from the show and whose sobriety may be worse than anybody realizes.

General Hospital Spoilers — Alexis Davis Can’t Hack It

A few months prior, Finn was the one who struggled to stay on course due to the impending death of his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). Though she attempted to be his rock during that time and was empathetic, Alexis was pushed away by him.

In her situation, we may truly witness her longing for someone who “got it” as she spirals out of control after losing her baby.

I take it that Finn is preoccupied with his own recovery process? We hope so, but it’s possible that a whole other tale may emerge when Alexis meets the same end and loses her will to remain sober.

GH Spoilers – Hint Help Is Around The Corner

For Alexis, slipping off the wagon has always meant acting badly and causing irreversible harm due to inebriation, then seeking assistance. Does it imply she will forfeit her legal license in the process, even if there is no reason to believe she won’t do the same this time?

Perhaps entering treatment will demonstrate to the bar association her sincere intention to stay sober. But after she enters the treatment center, she could discover that her path has taken a very different turn.

There’s a chance Alexis will decide to check herself into the same recovery facility as her close buddy Finn. Or he is meant to be, anyhow.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) have been taking care of Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) for the entire time, thinking that Finn is improving and would get in touch to discuss his recuperation soon.

What will Alexis react with this knowledge when she arrives and discovers that Finn has never been there? Will she tell everyone at home, or will she keep it private?
